Marketing Team Administrator, Ipswich £Competitive


Working on a national basis, our client are one of the largest regionally based companies in their field. We are looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator to join their busy team in their Ipswich office. If you are bored of basic administration roles, this would be the right one for you – it is administration with a twist!

The main purpose of this role is to take ownership of the day-to-day administration of Customer Supplier Forms within the marketing team and act as a main contact for various teams throughout the business.

You will have strong administration experience and be able to provide support to the wider marketing team. 1-2 years in administration would be preferred, however a wide range of applicants will be considered.

The role will involve coordinating the gathering of content for supplier questionnaires and liaising with key stakeholders across the business, including directors and bid coordinators. You will put forward recommendations to improve the process for completing supplier questionnaires and assist the bid team with the production of PQQs and ITTs whilst ensuring integrity of data in accordance with GDPR.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills and have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
