Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the successful candidate will be fully responsible for the management of the day to day customer relationships and order administration, providing effective support to the sales and manufacturing teams and for the provision of proactive, dynamic and world class customer service. Duties will involve handling customer calls, supporting customers with order progression, order processing, amending customer orders and completing customer credit checks. Applicants are required to have previous experience, preferably gained from within a sales/administration environment. It is essential that you have the ability to communicate effectively and the ability to resolve queries effectively.
