Craig founded Time Appointments back in 2006 with a wealth of experience and knowledge already gained from working as a successful recruiter in the City. He recognised a genuine space in the market for a recruitment consultancy with integrity, offering the same excellent service for supplying permanent and temporary staff for clients.

Time Appointments has since gone from strength to strength, and now with an enviable 94% success rate also boasts a team of unrivaled, excellent recruiters.

Aim for a much better work-life balance, I used to work 70-80 hour weeks and now I understand and appreciate that Time is a priceless commodity and it’s something you can never get back or have more of regardless of who you are. On reflection (and with some regret) to my own situation, I now encourage all our staff to find an equilibrium that ensures a balance for their home/work life.

I love spending time with my wife, children, and our new grandson. I am quite partial to socialising out with friends and ‘when possible’ making the annual pilgrimage to watch my beloved Wales play rugby in the six nations.

In my early years I was convinced that money brought happiness (I’m still not sure I completely disagree with this ethos even now! Ha ha!). But my primary motivation now is the fear of failure which drives me to do the best I can in what I do each and every day.
