We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Chelmsford who are looking for an Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
· File all accounts payable documentation.
· Process employee expenses.
· Chase approvals for outstanding invoices for payment.
· Send remittance advices to supplier when payments are made.
· Log invoices sent for approval.
· Complete supplier statements reconciliation.
· Match, process and code invoices.
· Raise purchase orders.
· Answer the phone.
· Reception duties.
Previous Skills & Experience:
· You must be enthusiastic, focused and driven.
· Have an understanding of debits and credits.
· Good Excel, Work and Powerpoint skills.
· Well organised.
· Excellent telephone manner.
· Purchase Ledger experience is essential.
