Time Appointments are working closely with a market leading, multi award winning supplier of promotional products, due to their continued success and expansion they are looking to take onboard a Customer Service Administrator.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and colleagues effectively
- Processing online order requests
- Ensuring all customers needs are dealt with efficiently
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Handling incoming calls in a professional and helpful manner
- Making sure order deadlines are met with suppliers
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Brilliant organization skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Able to work well within a team
- Problem solving skills
