Job Description

Time Appointments are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer and printing company based in Ipswich, who are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and forward-thinking Customer Service Executive to join their growing company!

 

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to account managers, colleauges and customers alike.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for incoming customer calls
  • Supporting all customers with their order progression via telephone/email
  • Communication to customers of order status (priority orders, delays etc.)
  • Order processing
  • Processing and reallocation of returned parcels
  • Sorting and distribution of paperwork
  • Handling of customer complaints
  • Credit note processing and stock adjustments
  • Quotation and order management
  • Order amendments/changes i.e.; delivery addresses, quantity, PO numbers
  • Account management of Interco customers
  • Deliver work quantities in line with output expectations within the set service level agreements
  • To have a proactive approach in the understanding of new processes, technologies and innovation
  • Fully understand the capabilities of the technology and machinery within the workplace and how best to utilise it
  • In depth understanding of online ordering integration systems such as Click2Order (C2O) and Email2Order (E2O)
  • Updating and report running using the internal ERP system and internet systems
  • Deliver work to the manufacturing site in a timely fashion
  • Recording of daily key performance indicators
