Job Description
Our client, an award winning company based in Ipswich, are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties, including drafting emails and documents.
- Managing customer queries
- Managing relationships with internal and external customers and clients
- Working to deadlines.
- Adhering to and promoting the business values

Skills & Experience Required:
- Administration or customer service experience
- A genuine desire to build a career within customer services
- A minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grades A-C (or equivalent) to include English and Maths
- Strong interpersonal skills communication skills, with the ability to build up effective relationships at all levels
