Time Appointments are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer and printing company based in Ipswich, who are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and forward-thinking Customer Service Executive to join their growing company!
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to account managers, colleauges and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for incoming customer calls
- Supporting all customers with their order progression via telephone/email
- Communication to customers of order status (priority orders, delays etc.)
- Order processing
- Processing and reallocation of returned parcels
- Sorting and distribution of paperwork
- Handling of customer complaints
- Credit note processing and stock adjustments
- Quotation and order management
- Order amendments/changes i.e.; delivery addresses, quantity, PO numbers
- Account management of Interco customers
- Deliver work quantities in line with output expectations within the set service level agreements
- To have a proactive approach in the understanding of new processes, technologies and innovation
- Fully understand the capabilities of the technology and machinery within the workplace and how best to utilise it
- In depth understanding of online ordering integration systems such as Click2Order (C2O) and Email2Order (E2O)
- Updating and report running using the internal ERP system and internet systems
- Deliver work to the manufacturing site in a timely fashion
- Recording of daily key performance indicators
