Our client, a leading Freight Forwarding company based in Felixstowe, is currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Executive to join their successful team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service driven, and commercially aware individual. This is more than a ‘bog standard’ logistics role and will have a wide variety of duties such as invoicing, reporting and operational duties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers and clients regarding bookings, and for ensuring that the details of such are captured accurately and in a timely fashion.
This position would ideally suit candidates who have shipping, logistics or Freight industry experience, however Customer Service driven candidates, and recent Graduates who have a keen interest in working within the industry will also be considered. The successful candidate will be well educated and will have experience of working with Word and Excel.
