Our client based in Ipswich are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Travel Consultant. The individual will be joining their friendly and be apart of the expanding reservations team.
No previous experience is required. However, the successful applicant will have strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and will also have the ability to build effective working relationships.
The role will include:
- Handling incoming requests via telephone, email and fax to the highest standard
- Assisting clients in making an informed decision by negotiating the best prices, value and terms based on the options you provide
- Ensuring documents are maintained and filed appropriately
- Keeping up to date with changes in the industry and potential sales opportunities
