Our client based in Ipswich are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join their friendly and expanding Reservations team. No previous experience is required; however, the successful applicant will have strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and the ability to build effective working relationships.
The role will include:
- Handling incoming requests via telephone, email and fax to the highest standard
- Assisting clients in making an informed decision by negotiating the best prices, value and terms based on the options you provide
- Ensuring documents are maintained and filed appropriately
- Keeping up to date with changes in the industry and potential sales opportunities
