Time Appointments are working on behalf of a prestigious financial services company based in Ipswich, who are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a variety of tasks, providing efficient technical support to the brokers, and switching between tasks effortlessly depending on priorities that arise on a day-to-day basis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring daily payment and journal cash movement requests submitted by Investment Managers
- Assisting Investment Managers with queries arising from daily processes of the Payments & Journals section
- Processing of Debit and Credit interest
- Calculation of quarterly custody charges
- Processing of debit card transactions from clients
- Monitoring of client debt positions and communication with Investment Managers to ensure debt positions are cleared in a timely manner
- Managing and monitoring cash on Closed Accounts
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous administrative experience within Financial Services or similar regulated industry would be advantageous
- Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft software
- A diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
