Job Description
Time Appointments are working on behalf of a young, friendly company based in Ipswich. They are an award winning, ambitious, and fast-growing business who are looking for a Graduate to join their team!
The successful candidate will be directly involved in sales and administrative support, possessing exceptional organisational and IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing invoices and quotations
- Processing orders
- Organising shipments
- Liaising with courier companies, freight agents and suppliers
- Updating customers
- Effectively liaise with nominated customers for all requirements and ensure that the details of such are in line with requirement
Fully captured accurately and in a timely fashion in line with internal operating procedures. - To attend meetings with the Customer where required.
- To maintain an excellent level of service for all customers in line with expectations.
- To ensure that any questions/queries arising from all global internal colleagues or customers are responded to effectively and in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Recent graduate with some working experience
- Keen to explore the logistics industry
- Organisational skills
- Good eye for detail
- Hands on approach
- Enthusiastic and motivated
