- Talking to brokers over the phone, bringing your personality to life and making honest connections with them that inspire engage and put a smile on everyone’s face
- Expect to fight a few fires – you never know what the next call might bring or what enquiry you might need to solve. This is where the problem solving skills comes in
- Meeting KPI’s and targets set by managers – the client is always at the heart of this….
- Speaking to brokers and getting prices on behalf of their customers
- Promoting and selling the benefits of placing the policy with them – this is not hard sales, but you may want to see if you can match their best price, or arrange a call back
