The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with motor & household policies, servicing the needs of their existing clients, whilst assisting in growing the business in a compliant and customer focused manner.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with general queries from customers relating to insurance sales/service
- Processing customer documentation and collecting premiums
- Sales, Quotations & MTA
- Assisting in prospecting and agency campaigns
- Following internal procedures and FSA compliance
- Undertaking general office-based duties as required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience of working within personal lines insurance
- 5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes at grade C or above including Maths and English
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and staff
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Enjoys working in a team and possesses excellent organisation skills
- Ability to problem solve, where appropriate, and able to use own judgement to make decisions
- Willingness to comply with internal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
