We are working with a leading digital marketing agency who is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team on the outskirts of Stowmarket. The successful candidate will become a key member of the business working closely with senior management including the Head of Sales and the company Director.
The main purpose of this role is to make the initial contact to prospective clients and customers, vetting and booking meetings to build relationships for senior management to attend.
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with clients
- Main focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty
- Consistently generate profitable leads, via the telephone by effectively using a range of techniques and resources
- Identify and action appropriate steps to rectify any shortfalls
- Manage customer enquiries
- Understand the customer cycle by proactively targeting new customers and developing them
- Embracing digital channels to enhance the customer offering by proactively promoting
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience of working in a highly competitive customer focused role (B2B, B2C)
- Experience of working within a sales / target driven role
- To be customer centric with a customer/sales background
- To demonstrate proactive sales via phone, face-to-face & online
- A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
- An ability to recognise sales opportunities
