Our client is currently recruiting a highly motivated and proactive Internal Sales Manager to join their fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading distributor based in Ipswich.
The successful candidate will be dynamic and driven whilst understanding the importance of capturing sales and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
The role will involve calling existing customers and selling any current offers over the telephone, building relationships will be the key factor to this role as you will be looking to help build rapport on behalf of the company’s territory representatives.
Key Duties Include:
- Setting up diary calls with existing customers
- Account management of large accounts maintaining a high level of customer service
- Develop any new leads
- Promoting and advising on current offers
- Negotiate and quote on bulk deals
