Job Description

Time Appointments are pleased to be working on behalf of a market leading commercial and industrial component supplier who are looking for a Operations Administrator to join their expanding team in Ipswich.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls to customers and providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Chase purchase order numbers
  • Ensuring all job paperwork is up to date and meets the customers standards
  • Take inbound calls from customers regarding breakdowns
  • Reviewing job details on the inhouse system and preparing invoices to customers
  • Liaising with the warehouse team

 

Skills & Experience required:

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Demonstrate the ability to overcome objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
