Time Appointments are thrilled to be working on behalf of a client on their search for an Operations Team Leader to join their friendly team. This role would be suitable for those who have a keen interest in Shipping/Logistics and are keen to develop new skills or someone who has previous experience within the industry.
Key Duties:
- Data Entry processing import and exports for Short Sea European and some Airfreight.
- Daily tasks typically are Loading files onto the companies electronic system
- Processing customs clearances
- Charging job files
- Administration and filing
Skills & Experience:
- Ideally someone with Freight Forwarding/ Customs Entry/Industry experience but not essential
- Previous Team Leader experience would be ideal but not essential
- A passion for the Shipping & Logistics industry
- Strong time management skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Open to learning new skills
