- Accurate collation and internal distribution of data, reports and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring deadlines are adhered to
- Production of client and supplier data and statistics, collating pre-meet information packs, along with previous meeting minutes and a review of any outstanding action points
- Supporting the Executive Team with cross business co-ordination of professional presentation material for internal and external use, ensuring all content is accurate and fully brand compliant
- Arranging and attending meetings where required including all associated requirements, i.e., taking minutes, agenda creation, assessing availability, arranging refreshments and travel
- Ensuring all management expenses and those for their relevant reports are complete, meeting fixed deadlines each month
- Ad hoc administration tasks as and when required, including purchasing and cross business co-ordination on behalf of Executive Team
- Managing diaries in an accurate and timely manner and maintaining an effective email management system
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, including working with highly confidential and sensitive material
- Excellent attention to detail with high levels of numeracy and written English
- The ability to build good relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
- Must be proactive and able to work on own initiative along with working well within a team
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
