Previous Skills & Experience:
- Previous compliance or quality monitoring experience gained from the Financial Services Industry or similar regulated environment.
- An analytic thinker, with strong investigative and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to make considered and reasoned decisions based on facts
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in a positive manner
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to work as an effective team member
- Experience in using Microsoft Office packages
