Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with existing customers
- Arranging movement and orders to be delivered
- Completing sales reports and general admin tasks
- Taking quotes for new customers, providing excellent customer service
- Creating paperwork around quotes, tenders and PO’s
- Taking messages and completing duties for other departments when required
Experience Required:
- Strong administration skills
- Experience in a sales administrative role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
