Job Description

We are working on behalf of a facilities management company based in Tiptree looking for a Scheduling Assistant. If you are an experienced individual within customer service and administration this could be the role for you!

 

Main Duties

  • Checking new incoming works to be scheduled, contacting residents and assigning operatives.
  • Answer incoming calls and queries from residents and clients.
  • Ensuring all operatives have a full calendar for the following day and beyond.
  • Planning out larger works with multi trades to ensure the job runs on time and in the right way.
  • Liaise with site operatives for ordering materials and assist in any issues or queries.
  • Ensuring follow on works are scheduled in a timely manner.

 

Skills and Attributes

  • Experience in customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • Understanding of scheduling processes and systems
  • Good understanding of planned maintenance works
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • IT skills essential (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)
