Our client is currently recruiting for competent and motivated Third-Party Claims Handlers to join their growing team. Our client is also offering full-time remote working meaning applicants throughout the country will be considered.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Manage Third-Party Motor Claims.
- Proactively pursue economic and early resolution for all motor claims.
- Efficiently challenge current work procedures and recommend process improvement and development.
- Competently act as point of call for clients displaying excellent customer service.
- To reduce average claim life wherever possible and minimise claims spend for clients.
- To deliver excellent customer service for and on behalf of all clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Third-Party and Loss Recovery claims processes.
- Experience in Credit Hire Defense Claims.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
