Our client, a busy and vibrant business based right in the middle of town centre are looking to recruit a Trainee Accounts Clerk into their business. This role requires NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE and is a fantastic way to learn some really strong key skills which will benefit you in future career prospects.
The office is vibrant and modern and boasts a great workplace culture. You will receive a large amount of training, which will be a mixture of shadowing and on the job training.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Chase Invoices and ensure they are received in a timely manner
- Process all invoices accurately
- Initiate and process queries in a timely manner
- Ensure all supporting documents are filed correctly daily
- Run Client Invoicing as agreed
- Raise invoices as agreed
- Answer the telephone
- To take and record accurately telephone messages for other members of staff
- Plan own workload and support other members of the team and main office
