Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of handling motor claims from ‘cradle to grave’, however candidates with strong customer service experience and a genuine interest in building a career within claims management will also be considered
- Experience of credit hire negotiations and a technical insurance knowledge and understanding including that of, repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party & property damage, and claims processed involving the MOJ and OIC
- A genuine desire to engage in future learning opportunities and continuous professional development
- Strong customer service, and communication skills both written and verbal
- A proactive approach and enthusiastic attitude
