Really glad I sent my CV across to TA. On the same day I submitted my CV to them, amazing Ellie came to the rescue and... got me an interview on the same day! I applied for a job on another website and Emily, who is no longer... with the company, found me from my application to them and talked with me about my previous experience and current expectations and circumstances. I told her what I was looking for and she got to work. She was great and sent my application to a couple of companies. Amy began helping me when Emily left and she's absolutely awesome! Huge thank you to Ellie Oxley-Randall, she was so supportive and helpful throughout the whole experience. Time appointments, specifically Ellie, was proactive after finding my CV online, she was polite friendly and... courteous.After checking through my CV taking the time to have a chat and understand what I was looking for in a role came back to me with a recommended place of employment.Came across as very knowledgeable, gave good details of the work and place of employment including specific knowledge of location to inform me about the commute and gave detail that made making the decision to move forward easy.Gave great preparation advice including information about the company and tips and tricks to ensure the interview would allow myself and my employer to really understand each other and know what would be looking for.Most importantly, and to reiterate was highly proactive in calling me seeing how I was doing, making sure I was prepared and checking if there was a better or greater service that could be provided.I can of course only speak from experience but overall would say this is a fantastic professional and reliable recruiter and that Ellie was fantastic throughout the process.read more
