- Conduct follow-ups with leads.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey product benefits clearly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
- Provide team support to ensure smooth running and efficiency of telesales department.
Previous experience required:
- Previous experience within a sales-based role.
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience supervising a small team within an office setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
