Job Description

Are you a motivated and energetic individual with a flair for sales?

We are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Ipswich who are looking for a motivated and passionate Lead Generation Executive to join their team!

 

This is an exciting new opportunity within the business to be a part of their growing Marketing department where you will be supporting the UK and Ireland field sales teams.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify potential new clients using online tools and databases
  • Making outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate interest and qualify leads
  • Booking meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sales
  • Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business opportunity growth without compromising quality over quantity.
  • Excellent telephone skills – confident, enthusiastic and resilient
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment, changing market conditions, customer needs and sales strategies.
