Job Description
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of amazing Social Housing Company who are looking to recruit an experienced Property Maintenance Advisor to strengthen their team based in Bury St Edmunds. The successful applicant will be rewarded with hybrid working, private health care and the opportunity to gain further knowledge in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing property maintenance and empty home management.
- Prioritising own caseload.
- Receiving incoming calls and outbound calls.
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experienced within property maintenance.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and happy to work alone as well as part of a team.
- A full UK Driving licence – A Must!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner.
- Knowledge of letting process from pre ready to let and hand back.
