Job Description

Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading accountancy firm based in Norwich who are looking for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide efficient administrative and support services to the Firm as part of the daily operations of the business.

 

The ideal candidate will be friendly, engaged with a ‘can do’ attitude with the desire to build a long-term career.

 

Essential skills required:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proactive and able to work as part of a team
  • Experience in Microsoft office packages and adaptability to new software and systems are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

The successful candidate will be responsible welcoming clients and visitors, arranging meetings, dealing efficiently with incoming calls, performing general tasks including managing emails, formatting documents and inputting data and managing all incoming and outgoing post.
