Job Description

Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Ipswich, who are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career and gain skills in Customer Service.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing and checking invoices
  • Liaising directly with couriers and their customer service team to resolve any customer queries
  • General administration support
  • Assisting customers in placing orders
  • Deliver high quality customer service via telephone and email

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Someone with a ‘can do’ attitude
    Experience dealing with couriers is desirable but not essential
