Job Description

Our client, an award-winning company based in Ipswich, are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties, including drafting emails and documents.
  • Managing customer queries.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external customers and clients.
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Adhering to and promoting the business values.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Administration or customer service experience.
  • A genuine desire to build a career within customer services.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grades A-C (or equivalent) to include English and Maths.
  • Strong interpersonal skills communication skills, with the ability to build up effective relationships at all levels.
