Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist the project management team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • File project documentation including contracts, project plans and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings.
  • Manage project related emails, calendars and communications.
  • Track project budgets and expenses.
  • Assist with identifying project risks and support with the development.

 

Previous Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in delivery high quality customer service.
  • High attention to detail.
