Job Description
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a client based in Colchester who are looking for a highly organised Financial Services Administrator to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing a warm and professional service to clients along with delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via telephone, email and post with occasional face to face meetings.
- Prepare meeting documents and assist with client appointments.
- Process and prepare new business and policy servicing requests accurately.
- Manage workflow, track cases from submission through to completion.
- Ensuring the system is kept up to date with records.
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets and internal documents.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience within a financial services or professional services administration would be beneficial.
