Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing distribution business based in Bury St Edmunds area who are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join the fast-paced team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and establishing relationships with existing and new clients
  • Support and manage Customer service team
  • Ensure smooth communication between various teams within the company
  • Completing internal audits to ensure company compliance is maintained
  • Making sure company documents are maintained and up to date

 

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience in a supervisor and customer service role
  • Understanding of logistics or willingness to learn
  • Experience in record keeping
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
