Job Description

We are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable manufacturing business based in Bury St Edmunds who are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Being point of contact through various internal and external teams both written and verbal
  • Support in completing service reports and ensure records are kept up to date
  • Organise and support with booking and scheduling transport for deliveries and parts
  • Complete logs and service contracts for various parts of the business and inputting them on the management system
  • Following up with customers to ensure repairs and parts are organised and ready for customers

 

Previous Skills & Experience

  • Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have attention to detail and ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Being able to use initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work and liaise across multiple teams in various departments
