Job Description
We are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable manufacturing business based in Bury St Edmunds who are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Being point of contact through various internal and external teams both written and verbal
- Support in completing service reports and ensure records are kept up to date
- Organise and support with booking and scheduling transport for deliveries and parts
- Complete logs and service contracts for various parts of the business and inputting them on the management system
- Following up with customers to ensure repairs and parts are organised and ready for customers
Previous Skills & Experience
- Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have attention to detail and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Being able to use initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and liaise across multiple teams in various departments
