Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualifying potential business leads
  • Managing client expectations to ensure business runs smoothly
  • Creating and executing lead generation campaigns
  • Liaising with various internal team to ensure strategies are aligned with company goals
  • Conducting and producing pipeline reviews
  • Managing performance against sales targets

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Proven track record in freight sales and business development
  • The ability to build and manage pipelines and sales engagement with new and existing customers
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong influential relationships with clients
  • Having a data-driven approach to decision making
