Job Description
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a bespoke business in Ipswich who are currently seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking to progress their career.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
- Processing orders
- Assist the Site Manager to meet operational requirements.
- Build and maintain effective communication with customers, transport providers, and internal departments.
- Support stock takes by assisting with counts and investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an administrative role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
