Job Description
Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, who are looking for an Accounts and Administrator Assistant. You must have proven experience in accounting and administrative role, preferably within a  similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage account processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain financial records using accounting software
- Prepare and process sales invoices and payment requests.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Administer sales receipts.
- Payroll using Opera 3.
- Managing the company pension scheme.

Previous Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Dext is essential.
- Familiar or have used Opera 3 for payroll.
- Familiar with the functions of sales financing.
- Strong understanding of accounts processes and financial record management.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
