Time Appointments are currently working on an exciting Accounts Assistant role for a leading logistics provider based in Felixstowe. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the finance team to ensure a timely completion of all duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Posting and allocating daily payments to accounting system
- Ensuring supplier statements received and reconciled
- Managing cash flow
- Arranging payments
- Bank Reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Raising sales invoices
The ideal candidate will be part/fully AAT qualified with proven experience within accounts. Experience on Sage50 will be crucial, and to succeed in the role you will need a high attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines. You will need experience in financial controls and be able to build strong relationships internally and externally.
