Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a bespoke business in Ipswich who are currently seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking to progress their career.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
  • Processing orders
  • Assist the Site Manager to meet operational requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with customers, transport providers, and internal departments.
  • Support stock takes by assisting with counts and investigating and reporting any discrepancies.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
