This role will suit an individual who is passionate about building relationships and has a proven track record of securing new business for a company.

Please be advised this role is a field-based role covering Kent & Surrey.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated housebuilder clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships based on trust and performance.
  • Understand each client’s goals, needs, and expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication both face to face and remotely through site visits, meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Liaise effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation to support operational efficiency.
  • Identify client training needs and deliver relevant training sessions where required

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within sales.
  • Essential that you hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary.
  • Professional, proactive and client focused.
  • Availability to work Saturdays is essential, with occasional Sunday work required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good at diary management.
