Job Description

Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Woolpit, who are recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Raising delivery notes and invoices.
  • Updating information on to the systems for feedback to the principle contractors.
  • Taking information from the SAPs system and updating jobs on the principal contractors system.
  • Managing own workload as well as working with the team to ensure the workload is covered.
  • Assisting with booking appointments with customers in occupied properties.
  • Coordinating with Service Engineers to attend appointments.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills via email and telephone.
  • Able to work well within a team as well as independently.
  • Good time management.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel. Sage experience would be an advantage, however training will be given.
  • Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role is desirable.
  • You must be very organised with good attention to detail.
  • You will be a personable and adaptable individual.
