Job Description
Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Woolpit, who are recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Raising delivery notes and invoices.
- Updating information on to the systems for feedback to the principle contractors.
- Taking information from the SAPs system and updating jobs on the principal contractors system.
- Managing own workload as well as working with the team to ensure the workload is covered.
- Assisting with booking appointments with customers in occupied properties.
- Coordinating with Service Engineers to attend appointments.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills via email and telephone.
- Able to work well within a team as well as independently.
- Good time management.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel. Sage experience would be an advantage, however training will be given.
- Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role is desirable.
- You must be very organised with good attention to detail.
- You will be a personable and adaptable individual.
