Job Description
Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of a national organisation who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be the main point of contact for customers, Project Managers, Depots and Fitters
- Organising engineer’s diary
- Helping customers with their faults in their product
- Dealing with any issues/complaints
- Processing replacements in a timely manner
- Obtaining new parts and organising them to be fitted by engineers
- Answering inbound calls
- Liaising with customers in regard to products needing to be service under their warranty period
- Ensure all works are scheduled and allocated to the relevant departments
- Delivering excellent levels of customer service
To be successful in this role you will have to possess outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and is used to working within a fast-paced environment. You will also need to proficient on all MS packages. Experience dealing within a busy, fast paced environment would be advantageous.
