Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of an exceptional business based in Ipswich, who are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
· Processing paperwork e.g. booking in deliveries, booking on courier orders, printing delivery Notes for drivers
· Speaking to sites and drivers to ensure the vehicles are offloaded in a timely manner
· Chasing drivers for ETA’s and making customers and sales aware
· Liaising with all departments and depots to keep them informed of issues
· Escalate any delivery issues to planning team or management.
· Assisting with the routing of trucks when required
· Liaising with the sales teams in all four depots to ensure deliveries can be made
· Keeping sales updated on any site/delivery issues
· Update saved delivery addresses with any new relevant site info
· Develop strong working relationships and maintain regular contact with drivers
