Job Description

Our client, a large business based on the outskirts of Ipswich, are currently recruiting for a Document Control Administrator to strengthen their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office based administration tasks
  • Data Entry
  • Chasing and updating daily orders
  • Helping to implement all new processes
  • Producing operation manuals
  • Uploading and downloading documents from web-based systems
  • Coordinating project information

 

Skills & Experience required:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Driving licence needed (due to location)
  • Computer literate
  • Highly organised
  • Great attention to detail
