Job Description

We are pleased to be working on behalf of an award-winning company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Document Controller to join their well-established business.

 

You will provide key administrative support to the team, having to build relationships with new and established clients.

 

Key Duties:

  • Maintain accurate document records.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Support audits and provide document reports.
  • First point of contact for clients and supply chain. Direct incoming calls.
  • Responsible for filing, scanning, printing and production of documents.
  • Direct Assistant to the Branch Manager, support with diary management.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working as an administrator.
  • Ability to prioritise your work and act on own initiative.
  • Excellent IT skills along with previous experience with pivot tablets.
  • Good communication skills.
