Job Description
We are pleased to be working on behalf of an award-winning company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Document Controller to join their well-established business.
You will provide key administrative support to the team, having to build relationships with new and established clients.
Key Duties:
- Maintain accurate document records.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Support audits and provide document reports.
- First point of contact for clients and supply chain. Direct incoming calls.
- Responsible for filing, scanning, printing and production of documents.
- Direct Assistant to the Branch Manager, support with diary management.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience working as an administrator.
- Ability to prioritise your work and act on own initiative.
- Excellent IT skills along with previous experience with pivot tablets.
- Good communication skills.
