Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects across earthworks, civils and demolition.
• Responsible for analysing drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontracts to ensure competitive but realistic pricing.
• Work closely with the Projects teams.
• Support successful bid and tenders.

Previous Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical skills.

• Previous experience in Earthworks, Civil or Demolition.
• Strong numeracy for complex calculations.
