Job Description

Time Appointments are proud to be working on behalf of a leading financial services firm who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to strengthen their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-represented business who value their employees.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Financial Planner with the review process
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Maintenance of client records
  • Report writing
  • Ensuring all data is accurate and applications are processed efficiently
  • Ensure clients are kept updated at all times

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Financial practice background
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Inter-personal skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic attitude to learning
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including the use of MS Office Word and Excel
