Job Description
Time Appointments are proud to be working on behalf of a leading financial services firm who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to strengthen their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-represented business who value their employees.
As well as the opportunity to flourish in an employee focussed culture, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary from £25,000 to £32,000 and a flexible working opportunity!
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Financial Planner with the review process
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintenance of client records
- Report writing
- Ensuring all data is accurate and applications are processed efficiently
- Ensure clients are kept updated at all times
Skills & Experience Required:
- Financial practice background
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
- Inter-personal skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic attitude to learning
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong IT skills including the use of MS Office Word and Excel
