Key Duties:

• Support the day-to-day running of the team in pricing and organising shipments
• Identify market trends and analyse rates
• Prepare and maintain freight quotations in line with agreed pricing structures, commercial guidelines and customer requirements
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure everyone is kept up to date

Previous Skills & Experience:

• Must have prior experience and working knowledge of freight rates
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Understanding of customer needs and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
