Job Description
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of amazing Social Housing Company who are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Support Advisor to strengthen their team based in Bury St Edmunds.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with hybrid working, private health care and the opportunity to gain further knowledge in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting tenants and people who are having issues within housing
- Prioritising own caseload
- Working with complex and chaotic lifestyles
- Receiving incoming calls and outbound calls
- Delivering a high level of customer service
Skills & Experience required:
- Experienced working within social housing
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and happy to work alone as well as part of a team
- A full UK Driving licence – A Must!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
- Knowledge equality, diversity and inclusion within social housing
