Job Description
Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Ipswich, who are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist on a 15-month FTC.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the companies’ people and ensure a seamless experience for them. The person for this role will be able to carry out a variety of HR functions and provide support for staff at all levels. You will need to need to deliver a professional service and be efficient when carrying out your work.
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within HR or personnel
- A strong understanding of employee relations and employment law regulations and matters.
- Admin experience gained from a commercial environment.
- Strong I.T. skills including the use of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills.
